• How long do orders take to process?
Orders can take up to 2 business days to process.
• How long is standard shipping, and do you ship worldwide?
Standard shipping is 4-5 business days within the U.S. and worldwide up to 14 business days.
• Does it matter which type of products I use on the hair?
Yes, it does. We highly suggest that you consider the quality of products you choose, we want you to protect your hair investment and experience its ultimate longevity. If you do not plan to purchase the ReSLAY organic hair mask created & offered by SLAYOLOGY our top recommended brands are Matrix Biolage, Paul Mitchell, BAMBOO, KENRA PLATINUM, IT’S A 10, & John Frieda Miraculous series. Less is more in reference to hair extensions. The more product used or product residue left behind the more chances increase for tangling and shedding. SLAYOLOGY is not responsible for hair damage due to non use or over use of these products. We highly recommend that you seek a professional for all of your hair care needs.
• If I am ordering a custom unit, full lace or frontal/closure, do I need to submit my measurements to the company?
Yes, please include this information in your order notes, located on the checkout page.
• If I want custom coloring services how and where do I inquire? Will this lengthen my hair delivery process?
Please contact us directly by text or email to inquire about custom coloring. You will be sent an invoice aside from your products purchased on the site for payment of these services. In addition, yes, hair delivery process will be delayed by 1 week max from date of coloring services payment. Please understand this is 7 business days from date of payment for coloring services that your package will be sent out. In most cases, this is the same for bundle and/or custom unit rejuvenation services also offered through SLAYOLOGY.
• Can I cancel my order at any time before shipment?
If order is cancelled within 24 hours of time order was placed, YES. If not, unfortunately no, we have already began packaging and about to send this box of SLAYERADE your way!
• Can I get a refund on my items if I am not satisfied?
Due to all of the fraudulent activity closely linked to hair extension companies, unfortunately we do NOT refund payment on any items offered and purchased through SLAYOLOGY.COM. We encourage our SLAYERS to shop with confidence. SLAYOLOGISTS are ready to assist you with your order or any questions you may have BEFORE order is placed. This is why we applaud ourselves for our excellent and superb customer service as well as our distinct product quality checks of EVERY item before it ships. We will happily exchange any items, excluding swimwear, for you in their original unaltered state. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however we are highly confident in the products offered at SLAYOLOGY.
• What is your return policy?
SLAYOLOGY does not refund payments in any form, on any product. We encourage all SLAYERS to shop with confidence. Thanks to the extreme dedication of our customer service team, EVERY item is quality checked before it ships. We are highly confident in every product offered by SLAYOLOGY. SLAYOLOGY will gladly assist you in an exchange of any product in its original and unaltered state, excluding swimwear. We again apologize for any inconvenience this may cause the customer, but due to fraudulent activity surrounding hair extension companies as the target, this is our policy.
